REI Automation II

REI Automation II consisted of a 7,500 SF complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing pre-engineered building, and construction of a connected 2,500 SF addition.  The project included large window units throughout the space to bring in natural light, polished concrete floors in the new breakroom and meeting space, and sound absorbing clouds installed above the 5,000 SF open office area.  Exterior design elements include a new angled parapet, horizontal galvalume panels, exposed cast in place concrete walls, and new canopies.  New site landscaping, concrete sidewalks and stairs, and a picnic area were also installed.
