This self-storage project involved the ground-up construction of a four-story, 110,000-square-foot facility. Built with structural metal stud framing, the building features a slab-on-deck system for each elevated floor. The design highlights two prominent focal windows with storefront glazing, complemented by LED accent lighting and faux storage doors for an enhanced aesthetic.

The project scope included a split mechanical system, motion-sensor interior strip lighting, and polished concrete floors throughout the corridors. Additional features include two elevators, diamond plating in the customer unloading area, and a durable epoxy-coated concrete floor. To meet safety regulations, the entire building is fully sprinklered.
