Gateway Supply

Boyer partnered with Gateway Supply for the second time to deliver their new 30,000 sq ft Low Country distribution center. The pre-engineered metal building features 27’ clear eaves, 22,000 sq ft of warehouse space, and an 8,000 sq ft active showroom and sales area with polished concrete floors, decorative lighting, and fully plumbed displays to showcase a wide range of fixtures. The fully sprinkled facility includes loading docks with bumpers and dock levelers to streamline operations. Situated on a 7-acre site, development included over 13,000 cubic yards of import fill, new utility installations, stormwater detention ponds, and a mix of asphalt and heavy-duty concrete paving to support long-term functionality.
