Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage is a climate-controlled self-storage facility repurposed from an existing 87,000 SF big-box retail shell and adjacent strip center. The project includes the construction of over 700 storage units in a variety of sizes. Scope of work included significant HVAC upgrades, restroom and office additions, new flooring throughout, and exterior façade enhancements to modernize and rebrand the site.
