The Summerville Self-Storage project consisted of eight separate climate-controlled self-storage buildings totaling 86,500 square feet in Summerville, SC.

The site development included extensive site work as the site was over 10 acres. The buildings were all metal stud framed with a combination of split face block, EIFS, and metal panels for the veneer.
