This project is a 2,800 square foot complete renovation of a former medical office located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The project contained elements of a standard renovation in addition to the more challenging aspects inherent in medical facility construction. A complex medical gas system was integrated into new clean surgery suites to provide the client with a state of the art facility at a reasonable cost.
