2144 Sumer Street

Renovation and interior up-fit of a former automotive shop in the Historic Cottontown District of Columbia. The owners wanted to combine the rustic feel of the existing building with a modern updated look.

The project was accomplished by painting the existing masonry walls and exposed brick throughout the space. Custom stained wood doors, barn door hardware, and a reclaimed wood ceiling were added to the conference room. The building’s restrooms were up-fitted with high-end wall hung sinks and the break room was also transformed.
