AVANTech Expansion

45,000 Square Foot Addition

This project consisted of a design-build, 45,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building addition to support AVANTech’s growing manufacturing operations. The expansion was tailored to enhance production capacity and improve workflow efficiency within the facility.

Key features of the project included the installation of a 20-ton overhead crane system, high-voltage electrical service to accommodate heavy industrial equipment, and fully equipped welding stations. Additional scope included construction of a dedicated compressor building and gang restroom facilities to support daily employee operations.
