Rosewood Apartments

The former Rosewood Baptist Church campus located in Columbia, SC, now known as 5th and Sloan, converted the existing church into 49 high-end luxury apartments. The project preserved many of the church's original architectural features. The recently completed commercial construction project was given the Golden Nail Award at the 2023 Chamber Impact Awards.
