Founded in 2010, Boyer Commercial Construction has grown from a single employee start-up to a team of 41. We take pride in our people-centered approach to doing business and fostering a team approach to each project. We have nine veterans on our team as well as a number of business school graduates. Renee is a California native where she attended San Jose City College. She is a veteran of the US Army where she served as a Flight Operations Specialist.

Will is a graduate of Clemson University and received a degree in Construction Science and Management. He is originally from Columbia, SC and is a graduate of AC Flora High School.
Price McCaskill
Project Manager
Price played college football before transferring and graduating from the University of South Carolina. He is originally from Columbia, SC and is a graduate of Heathwood Hall.
Parks Bunch
Project Manager
Parks is a graduate of Wofford College. He is originally from Columbia, SC and is a graduate of AC Flora High School. After college, Parks served 8 years as an officer in the United States Army before returning home to SC.
Lucas Christie
Project Manager
Lucas is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management. Originally from Knoxville, TN, Lucas moved to Columbia, SC in 2026.
Kaitlyn Guerra
Project Assistant
Kaitlyn is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. She is originally from West Columbia, SC and is a graduate of Gray Collegiate Academy.
